Chain Reaction 3.1.31: Smart Move

Michael

I have what are possibly the most wonderful two weeks of my life. And it's all because of Ivy. She's beautiful.

I mean seriously. Look at that. Look. At. That! She'd started acting self-conscious when posing for me, so I started snapping pictures when she wasn't paying attention to the camera. This is a picture of the real Ivy, not the person that comes out sometimes. I wish I could figure out why that happens, but for now, I'll just adore her...

     ...and her luscious body.
Am I a freak? Because I can't stop. The scenery is beautiful. Ivy is beautiful, especially when thoroughly turned on. She can't hide the real her at these moments. And it's such a thrill that I can drive her wild.
     But is it too much?

I can't help it. I want her constantly. Is it like this with everyone? I never had to think about it with Darrin. It just... happened. He loved my body, and I never denied him.
I notice Ivy never denies me. I hope it's because she wants it just as much as I do, and that's one of the reasons I keep her coming. Because I could f--k her 24/7 and maybe get enough.
But am I just thinking of her the way Darrin apparently thought of me? Some great person to hang around with and f--k? Do I only love her body? I wish I could think clearly, but the 'brain' below my waist has been dominating all my thoughts lately.

Then one night, I come in from a jog to find her sleeping on the couch. She's wearing that cute, little sundress, and she looks adorable sleeping like that. And it really is a little sundress. A very short sundress. And Ivy has complied with my request that she not wear panties while we're here. I can't help myself. She complains at first, so I stop. Then she complains I stopped, so I go again. After she comes, I notice I'm getting zero response from her. Curious, I look up and find her almost comatose.
Oh maker. I'm Darrin. I want to scream at the horror confronting me, the mirror placed in front of me. I can't get enough of Ivy--of her body. Just like he was with me.
No! No, that's not true! If Ivy told me to stop, I'd stop. She never... She's never told me to stop. Why? I never told Darrin to stop... well, until after we broke up.
I don't want to be like him.

Our last day here, and after making sure my 'head' is clear, I take Ivy out all over the island, and I pay very close attention to every detail about her. She's funny. Sometimes, she's a little childlike--but only as one of her ways to be funny. I like it. She would get this look in her eyes as she examined the fantastic scenery around us. I wish I could explain it. Kind of a look of wonder, but that doesn't do it justice. It's beautiful on a deeper level.
There was a reason I chased after Ivy instead of just anyone, and that's because of a feeling I get in my chest when I'm around her. She's not only hotter than the blazing sun overhead, but she's... comforting. Dammit. I can't do it justice. A psychiatrist would probably say something like she reminds me of my mother, but that, to me, is just plain weird.

And just like me, she has a pain in her past--one she hasn't told me about yet. I hope she will one day, but for now, it's enough that I can see it's there. I think it's what drives her to sometimes act the way she does, when she's Miss I'll-Do-Anything. I don't like it when she's like that. How do I know if whatever I'm doing is what she wants when she doesn't tell me otherwise? And when I'm thinking with my dick, I can miss the cues.
I try to get her to open up, but she refuses, pulling even further inward out of fear. She doesn't completely trust me. I guess I can't blame her.

But I wish she would! I'm a good guy, Ivy.
That feeling in my chest? I think I know what it is. With Darrin, it was like getting hit by a Mack truck. With Ivy, it's like the tide coming in, something you don't always notice happening until you're sitting in six inches or more of water.

I'm falling in love again. I won't say I'm completely there yet because there's so much more about her I don't know or understand, but it's only a matter of time.

Ivy and I return from our wonderful trip, and things are very near perfect for weeks. Winterfest, we spend with our respective families, not doing the whole 'introduce to families' thing yet. I want to soon.
Tonight, I'm trying out another gym on a guest pass. I've switched out my aspiration to bodybuilder. It just makes sense. And it instructs me to workout at a gym venue, which is why I'm visiting this one. But I don't think I'll switch to here.

Because Darrin has. Our eyes met when he walked in, and his widened while he shook his head no like he isn't following me. I believe him, especially when his personal trainer comes over and starts working with him. We don't say a word to each other, and I head home.

And I build a small workout room in my basement.
(A/N: Ignore Lizette in this pic. She randomly invited herself over--one of those fame things.)
With all this maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine, I start showing real results for the first time in my life.

I'm huge--and in a good way! I kind of kid myself that I feel like a superhero: with raw power in every movement.
I've also been working out more because I'm not around Ivy like I was those two weeks on the island when my sex drive exploded.

That's not to say that she doesn't come over. I've also been to her apartment a couple of times, but it's not as nice as my house. And her roommate is a b*tch who complains any time Ivy and I get 'canoodling.'

Spring is getting closer, and the downtown area hosts the love festival again. I find Dad here.
"Mikey!" He hugs me enthusiastically. My dad, sisters, aunt/uncle/grandparent, etc still continue to call me Mikey instead of Mike or Michael, but I don't mind.
"Hey, Dad." I then find out he's here supporting Chloe and her art display. Ivy will be here in a minute. Maybe this will be a good time to introduce her to my dad and at least one of my sisters.
He pulls me back at arm's length and looks at me. "You've gotten bigger! I mean you've been working out." He chuckles. "Just how many protein shakes do you drink a day, son?" He's grinning at me, teasing.
I shrug. "Eh, it's a balanced diet and a bit of an obsession with working out."
He nods. "You remind me of my dad."
I blink a few times. "Really?" Grandpa was one of the most fit people I knew. "Thanks."
Ivy shows up, and I introduce her to Dad.

So Ivy meets Dad and Chloe while Chloe also introduces her art instructor. The instructor lady recognizes Ivy from her channel, and although this pic doesn't show it, she starts going fangirl and begging for an autograph.
Ivy buys one of Chloe's paintings, and the festival goes on around us. We change into our winter wear.

"You know, Dad warned me about this stuff. He said that he and my mom drank it one festival and woke up the next morning married."

Ivy giggles. "Then should we risk it?" She has a look like she wouldn't too terribly mind that outcome.
"My dad has been known to be more than a little silly at times, more than me even, and I think we can hold our liquor." As if tempting fate, we clink our plastic cups together and drink down the tea.
And I start... feeling... funny. Whoa. I shake my head, and it's like flower petals rain down from the sky. And Ivy's standing in front of me with a lovesick puppy look on her face. She couldn't get more 'real Ivy' right now, the person inside her that I love. And she's so beautiful. And pretty girls should be kissed. It's the law.

She squeals when I grab her. However, the squeal stops when I take possession of her mouth. She's wonderful. I didn't think I'd have someone like her in my life, and I do.

"Michael, that was... wow." She sighs happily. "You're so wonderful." Then she wraps her arms around my neck and kisses me.
And I get a brilliant idea. I'm a plumbing genius with this one.

     "Oh my maker!"

I hold up a ring I got out of thin air. Maybe thick air. It appears is all I know.
"Let's get engaged." I am the smoothest dude alive. "I love you, Ivy, and will you be my fiancée? Then we can get married? And maybe kids? Then those kids have kids?"
Ivy literally starts jumping up and down and clapping her hands like a little girl, giggling. Then she clears her throat and tries to sound super-adult. "Yes, Mike. Yes to all of that."

Then the pretty girl takes the magical ring out of my hands. Is she glowing? I think she's glowing. It just means she's prettier.

Pretty girl my girlfriend puts on the ring. Everyone is happy. They're laughing and clapping.

It's the law. She has to be kissed.
Ivy skips over to Chloe to show her the ring, and they hug. I see my dad.

     "Hi, Daddy! Did you see?"
He smirks. "You drank the tea, didn't you?"
"Tea? What tea?" I think. It's not easy. "Oh! That tea. Yeah, but I don't think it's doing anything."
"Mikey, you do realize you just got engaged, right?"
I sigh happily and stare off into space before I answer. "Yeah. To Ivy. She's gorgeous, especially when she's naked."
He stands up. "I'd be concerned, but I know for a fact that all the tea does is bring out the love inside that already exists. Still, you're going to have a killer headache in the morning."
"I'm happy, Daddy." I smile at the pink and purple world. Then I hug him.

"It's going to be wonderful." I sigh happily.
"Well, I guess we'll get to know Ivy over time, but I trust your judgment, even if you're high." He pulls back and looks at me. "Did you drive here?"
"No, we flew on the magical unicorn."
     "You took a S'Uber?"
     "Yeah."
He says he'll drive us back to my place when we're ready to go.

"It's gonna be great, Daddy! I wanna have the wedding on the sun! That way everything will be bright and shiny. And Ivy will light up."
He laughs. "I'd say you're pretty lit right now."
"Yeah." I sigh happily. "I'm gonna go find Ivy now. Bye, Daddy."

I find my beautiful future wife and decide to re-explore her beautiful mouth for the next hour or so. That's when Daddy says we need to leave, and he takes us home while I explore more of Ivy in the backseat of his car.
