Travis makes a new friend.
She's married.
Travis: She's cute.
And married. With kids.
Travis: I'm not worried about the kids.
Travis: Name calling?
Sigh.
Travis (thinking): Well, I'm not going to say no.
(Yes, I just put thinking into a script-style writing. Bite me. :D )
Travis wonders if Saori bites--but in a good way.
Hm. I think I forgot that one of the neighborhood thingies was 'Free Love' and all that. That would explain this. I think. Anyway, she really did just up and do it.
Saori: I like you.
No discussion about how both of them are married--to other people. No discussion about how she has, I think, three kids already. Nope. None of that. Hitomi is at work.
Travis (to me): I don't love Hitomi.
Well, that's obvious.
Hitomi gets home from work. Saori is still there. I hope Hitomi catches her worthless husband in the act, so I wait...
But all Saori does is hang around the nanny... who is still there for a while afterwards, btw. (And that's cake stuff on the table left by, you guessed it, that little shite Yamachan.)
And... it looks like that shotgun has weaseled itself into the work clothes for education department head. Dayum, Hitomi, how dangerous IS the school where you work? Okay, kids! Settle down now for the morning announcements! Hey! Shut up! I mean it! *click-click* That's more like it.
That's not funny in all but that it is. This is FICTION. And seriously, I need to find that gun and remove it because it keeps showing up in all my saves with townies randomly carrying it around.
Travis: Cowabunga!
Oh, that is so cliche.
I don't think he cares.
I need to check if that's all the snowboarding unlockables. (Oh, and that comma is totally wrong.)
Whatever.
Travis: It's not mine.
I'd hope not.
Travis doesn't do much with Saori; he's not interested in pregnant women. So, he decides that another solo vacation is in order.
/facepalm.
Travis: Oh. Yeah. That was awesome.
He'd gotten that in one of those in-between rabbit hole scenario things.
And yes, that is the deathbook from a mod to the left of the plate. I want to kill Yamachan, but it doesn't work on it. The most I can do is get the bastard abducted by aliens.
There. All you need now is to upgrade your Selvadoradian Culture Skill.
Travis: But I wanna dig some more relics.
No, that's not why we're here.
Travis: I want money.
There. Now you can leave the ruins and finish your aspiration. You'll get plenty of artifacts in the mail. Trust me.
Travis gets a text from Saori with her saying she has a crush on him. He says they should go out. Sigh.
Travis: Well, she's had the baby.
I'm wondering just how many kids this woman has. I could go and check the neighborhood thingy, but I'm too lazy.
Travis invites Saori to the vacation and pops a whim.
Travis: Welcome to my little hidey-hole.
Saori: This is going to be so much fun!
OMG, Travis. Really?
Travis is wishing, I guess, that he'd met Saori before getting set up with Hitomi. Out of curiosity, I added her to the family just so that I could look at her family tree.
And the nanny in the background just showed up uninvited. No idea why.
Travis: And none of them are mine.
Are you wanting to be daddy to baby number five?
*no response*
And the nanny is furious. What's his deal?
As for Travis, I do kinda feel bad that he had a rushed engagement and then a kid after very little time, but I don't think falling for a married woman with four kids is the best choice, either.
More to come later! Probably.
