Rose 2.28: You are a Robles!

I get home from my bachelor party, take a shower, and find Tiffany at the chemistry set. She's working on our wedding day?
"Why are you working?" I ask her as I pull her towards me.
"Because we need the money, don't we?" she asks in an innocent way.
"Not as bad as that. Mama will go sell more paintings, and then we will have plenty," I tell her and brush a few hairs away from her face.

"Donovan, what about...what about a house?"
I smile at her expression. "What do you call this?" I gesture to the walls around us.
"After today...where will our room be? The twins don't need to share a room," she carefully explains. "So, I thought that we could get our own house."
OUR room, I think happily. I had previously wondered before, but I figured things would somehow work out. She wants our own house. I inwardly smile at the thought: our house, full of our little babies, our little babies with her beautiful blue eyes. Lots of little babies, and we can get started on that tonight.

"I would like to stay here, but we can build our own little house."
She smiles a beautiful smile. "I'd like that. I mean, your family has a nice house, but I do want a little corner of our own."
"Our own little corner, yes, and we can fill it with our little babies," I tell her lovingly. She lets out a shaking breath, I assume nervous about tonight.

I kiss her while she shakes, not asking too much, only simple kisses. I don't know why she's so nervous. It isn't like I don't know what I'm doing. Maybe she needs to hear it.

I whisper to her in between the kisses. "Tonight...I will very gently make love to you. ... You needn't worry. ... I have wanted you since the first time I looked into your eyes." I have to wrap my arms tighter around her. I still manage to get a hand behind her head before I release her lips so she can breathe. I whisper much more quietly directly into her ear, "I will drive you wild with what I do, making sure your body is more than ready for me." Then, I lick the outer edge of her ear, and she goes limp.
I decide to stop talking because her shaking has only gotten more intense. So, I kiss her more deeply instead.

"Oh. My. Maker! Would you two please get a room?!" Milo says, his voice sounding muffled like he's holding his mouth. Honestly, I'd forgotten he was in here.
Deal with it, Milo! This is young love, and you will experience it one day even if all you are interested in now is your books and chess set. You will not be able to help it: You are a Robles!
"Sorry, Milo," Tiffany quickly breathes when I release her lips for half a second.
"I'm not sorry," I mumble into her sweet lips. In fact, I back Tiffany up against the chemistry set, intending to lift her onto its surface. That way, my hands can explore instead of hold her up.
As soon as I get her lifted, Milo stands up. "You two are disgusting! Yes, please, get your own house." He storms out of the greenhouse.
I'm glad. Tiffany and I make out for hours. Our wedding isn't until late this afternoon, and then we take the train to France. I won't actually get to make love to her until tomorrow morning because of all our traveling, but it will still feel like tonight.

Finally, it is time for our wedding. The Maker 'rents' an arch and rearranges the living room for the ceremony. Tiffany makes the most beautiful bride I have ever seen, and I tell her this.
Skye walks in. "Hey, no kissing until the end of the ceremony!" he teases.
"I have never heard that as a rule," I reply to him. "I'll kiss her at the end of the ceremony too."

Well, well, well! Look who dances with Carmen!
The Maker doesn't know what to do about Skye. It's very likely she'll make a Lorelei and move them in together. She gets SP notifications that he and Carmen are dating (even though she is a teen), which makes this picture even more interesting that she would slow dance with his little brother.
At any rate, this proves the thought I had earlier. He is not immune to girls.

While more guests file into our house, some we didn't even invite, Mama comes over to talk to me. I tell her she looks very pretty in her dress, and she smiles and compliments me on my manners.
My mother is a simple woman and also a bit vain, in my opinion, but I love her. After all, I am a bit vain as well. She looks over at Tiffany and offers her congratulations. She and Tiffany have not interacted as much as I'd hoped they would. I cannot figure out why. Perhaps it's because Mama wishes to paint as much as possible to bring in money. She smiles at me and tells me I look fabulous in my new tux, that it suits me. I smile back at her, happy. She pecks my cheek and moves to stand off to the side.

Finally, the saying of our vows begins.
The Maker doesn't like to put in wedding vows because she usually can't stand them. When reading, her eyes will skim down the page until the sappy, mushy stuff stops. It's just like it is with poetry for her. Even though a writer, she doesn't get poetry most of the time.

There. I kiss her at the end too.
My beautiful wife. Tiffany is my wife. And we're going to make beautiful babies together. I want at least four.

I cut the cake. When I finish and get my piece, everyone else wants a slice at the same time, each only thinking of themselves instead of forming a nice, organized line.

Just like at the bachelor party, Link shows up late. He is in time for cake, though. He gets a slice while everyone else does the stomping their feet and complain about a routing error thing.

Link isn't the only one to show up late. Giselle's boyfriend Clifton Mancini gets first scolded, then kissed as he walks through the door.

I don't...know...how I feel about this. On the one hand, I understand Giselle wanting to get the most out of her boyfriend before he starts being the socialite that he is. On the other hand, that is my baby sister he's kissing like there won't be a tomorrow. My sister is pretty, yes, but does that mean he has to be all over her like that? Surely, Papa will do something soon if they don't cool down.

We get a creepy notification (creepy because they come out of nowhere from above our heads) that the paintings Mama put on consignment sold, earning her so much money that she simultaneously gets two promotions back-to-back, earning us about sixteen thousand.
The money makes it very easy to afford our honeymoon...

Things to report:
-Nolan Spears died, whoever that was. His name sounded familiar, so I wrote it down.
-Tiffany Angles Robles: couch potato, unflirty, neat, heavy sleeper, frugal, charismatic (for those that aren't as familiar as some since she's a rock solid townie at university) Those traits don't work for me and what her role is, so I'm going to change them as in-the-rules as I can.
-Donovan hasn't worked a day yet. He took a day of unpaid leave on his wedding day, and his next work day is on a Friday. Still, he got $702 in a bonus on snowflake day (the day before the wedding)
-Marta and Beppe Bianchi are preggers (well, just Marta, but ykwim)

  1. Aww congrats on the wedding. I'm sure Donnie will make Tiffany's first time very special. Wouldn't it be a shock to him though if she wasn't a virgin. LOL
